Experience
Noel A. Palma serves as the president of Hospitality Capital Solutions. Since graduating magna cum laude from Michigan State University's Eli Broad College of Business' Hospitality program, he has developed over 25 years of hospitality finance and market expertise. Mr. Palma began his career with HVS conducting appraisals and feasibility studies for hotels, casinos, meeting facilities, and other hospitality-related properties. He later moved on to Vail Resorts as part of their real estate development platform. There he served as a Senior Financial Analyst for the company's hospitality and condominium projects.
Noel returned to HVS as part of their capital markets team where he gained the expertise to assess appropriate loan sizes and financing terms for hospitality owners, then sourcing mortgage debt from the origination stage through closing. This included hotel refinancing capital, acquisition loans, short-term bridge lending, permanent loans, CMBS capital, and construction financing. Mr. Palma then spent over ten years working with US Hotel Advisors in a similar capacity. Hospitality Capital Solutions, led by Noel A.
